These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Kennison Construction. By requesting services or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to the following Terms.

Kennison Construction provides professional construction and remodeling services, including:

Remodeling (bathroom, kitchen, basement)
Renovations
Additions
Decks
Drywall
Framing
Flooring
Tile Work

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on initial project evaluations.
Final pricing may change due to unforeseen conditions, material availability, or client-requested changes.
Any changes will be communicated and approved prior to proceeding.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be provided before project start.
Deposits may be required for materials or labor.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide safe and timely access to the job site
Ensure utilities and work areas are accessible
Communicate promptly regarding decisions or project changes

6. Project Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, permitting issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Warranty & Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship for the agreed scope of work. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.

8. Limitation of Liability
Kennison Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate services for cause. Payment is required for all completed work and materials ordered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.
